Driving Test Fee Refunds

From the 1st of June 2011, the DSA will no longer refund any driving test fees for appointments booked that are cancelled without giving the required 3 working days notice.

As part of a cost cutting measure to save about £1 Million a year, they will no longer under any circumstances refund test fees if the candidate does not abide by the 3 working day rule, in the past they have as a goodwill gesture refunded some people's money, but no longer.

This does not affect those have reached the maximum number of changes to a test booking and want to ask for their fee to be refunded!
