DVSA Driving Test Appointment Letter - Read It!

I've lost count of the number of times as a driving instrutor I've watched people lose money at a test centre because the candidates have failed to read the DVSA appointment letter they are sent in the post or by email.

Learner drivers have turned up a day late, 1 hour late, at the wrong driving test centre, without a car, in a car that does not meet the DSA requirements (bald tyres, non working lights, broken windsreens), no licence counterpart, etc.

You will not only waste your £62 practical test fee if you fail to meet any of the requirements set out in the appointment letter, you will also have probably wasted a work holiday, paid money to an instructor as well as have to suffer long waiting list times when you book another driving test, so make sure you and your car are fully prepared, and know the venue, date, time for your next driving test, otherwise the DVSA examiner will just be having another cup of tea at your expense.

If you don't have an appointment letter or email confirmation 2 weeks after booking your practical driving test, contact the DVSA or visit their website for full details of their requirements.

If you require help with your driving test preparations in Mill Hill, Hendon or Borehamwood, just want good driving lessons in NW London area from a very helpful, patient and fully qualified CRB checked instructor, then why not call or send me a text message on 07956233032.
